The Pirogovka apartment in Moscow was redesigned by the Le Atelier design team. The client spent her entire childhood in this apartment, so unlike other projects, the initial space here is not empty but full of memories and emotions. The design of the apartment is divided into three areas: a long black cabinet, a kitchen island and emerald green areas, including the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.

The designer deliberately downplayed the boundary between repair and destruction, and between the room and the color. The white floor reflects to a certain extent what happened in the room, slowly disappearing from the beginning and revealing the ceiling that has been here, thus linking this new house to the memories of the past. There are also objects from the old house: broken glassware and some furniture stuffed with memories. Black cabinets fill the entire space of the living room, while the black kitchen island presents a clear boundary. However, the cabinet reflected in the corridor mirror seems to be endless.
